Bonnie Elizabeth Durbin, age 66, of Prosperity, formerly of Washington, passed away peacefully, after a brief illness and surrounded by her family on Saturday, March 16, 2013.  Born on November 24, 1946, in Washington, she is the daughter of the late Joseph and Lucille Dicey. Beloved wife of 43 years of Howard Durbin, Sr.; loving mother of Amy (Larry) Kirkland, Howard Durbin, Jr., Becky (Lee) McMurdy, and the late Tony Durbin, Butch Parkinson, and Michael Parkinson; adored grandmother of Nicole (Josh) Harshall, Jessica (Robert) Johnston, Morgan and Rachel McMurdy, Stephanie Barrows, and Joseph, Anthony, Emily, and Madison Durbin; great-grandmother of Joshua Harshall, Jr., Anthony Johnston, and Ryan Durbin; and sister of Joseph (the late Mary) Dicey and Judy Dicey.  She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.

Bonnie enjoyed cooking, baking, watching movies, raising Pugs, and playing Play Station with her grandchildren.  Her most cherished time was being an adored and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

A gathering of family and friends to celebrate Bonnie’s life will be held at Cremation & Funeral Care by Danielle Andy Belusko, 3287 Washington Rd., McMurray, (724)260-5546, on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 from 11:00-12:00pm followed by a Memorial Service at 12:00PM. I remember watching the kids when they were small lol Always remember, she will be in your heart forever and will always be watching over you, I can still see my dads grin and hear his voice, I miss him so much but he is always with me and I will see him again someday.
